In consideration of acceptance of this entry, I, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, heirs, executors, and administrators, wave and release NEA Baptist Charitable Foundation, its sponsors, landowners, hosts, committee members, board of directors, and any co-sponsors and their respective representatives, successors and assigns for any and all rights or claims for damages I may have arising as a product of this event, and even if such illnesses may arise if such illness or injury is caused by the negligence of such parties. I attest and verify that I will participate in this event as a duck hunter, and that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for competing in this event. Furthermore, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the aforementioned, to use my name and any photograph, videotape, motion picture, recording or any other record of me participating in this event, for any purposes without obligation or liability to me.
